As a Creative Director, Angel is responsible for developing the creative look and feel of many of our larger shows and directing the artists to ensure a consistent look and quality for your event. Angel is an experienced Graphic Designer himself and uniquely applies his visual sense into all of his creative endeavors.

His recent experience includes both creative and visual direction for Nissan, Gander Mountain, Sprint, Bud Light and many more. Angel is the man who will design a unique creative thread line to help draw audiences in, be it the environment, digital experiences or live ones. For Angel, it is about understanding your brand and objectives, and delivering outcomes. Angel will be committed to giving you his best ideas, so your company can communicate theirs.

At MIG, Jeff provides more than just his creative vision, he utilizes his extensive knowledge of the industry and eccentric personality to help you determine which ideas work best for your needs. As a Creative Director, he specializes in developing mind-blowing experiences with interactive systems, staging, and visual effects.

Seth Friedman

Seth helps customers discover what they really mean, then gets them to say it, show it, and share it in ways that move hearts and minds… and the needle. He has been a writer, creative director, and strategist in the corporate communications industry for a LONG time. He’s written pretty much everything that can be written from launches of brands, products, cultures and technologies; interstitials, songs, and patter for star hosts and facilitators; specialty and comedy material for big-name talent; videos, film, TV, commercial campaigns; social and demand gen: tweets, vines, posts, blogs, teasers, invites; and, of course, speeches. In addition to many industry awards (Telly, etc.), he’s garnered a Grammy and an Outer Critics Circle Award, as well as nominations for Annie, DVD Express, and Outer Drama Desk awards.

Cybelle Clevenger

Creative Director

As a Creative Director/Writer, Cybelle’s role is to ensure the creative theme message is cohesive throughout the entirety of the event, and to devise unique ways to share stories and shape content.

Cybelle’s worked the gamut of clients, GlaxoSmithKline, Bank of America, Pfizer, Smith & Nephew, and Mary Kay, to name a few, and although her skill set is vast, her greatest expertise revolves in the worlds of coming up with big ideas, crafting compelling stories, writing, and project management. Her wish is to always bring her experience and knowledge in those areas, and to deliver the best creative to her clients and their audiences.

Cybelle will work directly with your team and lead the creative side of the project, ensuring the achievement of your vision and goals.

Regina O'Neil

Regina, a member of the founding family of MIG, is your direct liaison with senior management - from concept through post-production - to ensure your events are designed to clearly communicate your vision and inspire your audience, while giving you the most value for your money.

Over the years, Regina has served in several strategic positions including Chief Technical & Information Officer and Secretary-Treasurer. Regina has also served as Producer for global Fortune 500 companies including Citi, GlaxoSmithKline, JPMorgan Chase, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Visa and Wrigley. To this day, Regina continues to be involved in the future of MIG’s creative technology group, which is considered to be one of the most advanced in the industry.

Regina brings a depth of substantive show experience to each new situation – spanning the creative as well as technological aspects of achieving the very finest in world class events.

Robert Sclafani

Robert is a pivotal member of the management team, managing the operations of the company since it was founded in 1979. He is responsible for all creative and production services and oversees all related staff. He has an intimate knowledge of all stages of production from pre to post and regularly attends industry events to ensure that MIG stays on the cutting edge. He is also available as a key contact to communicate questions or concerns relating to your core production staff.

When visitors come to our Boca Raton facility, Robert is our number one “tour guide,” not simply because he knows our operations inside and out, but because he has a hands-on understanding of our capabilities and how those translate into customer solutions.

JV Sclafani

As an important member of MIG’s management team, Jay Sclafani functions as the head of Technical Services, and is the “final say” for Technical Services budgeting, scheduling and allocation of talent and technology.

In addition to being a key fixture on-site at many of MIG’s shows, Jay is the chief visionary of MIG’s integrated “staging” or technical services capabilities and the benefits this cohesive depth of resources can provide. He manages the large MIG inventory of cutting-edge staging technology, including the latest in projection, lighting and audio systems, as well as the entire cadre of MIG technical services professionals.
